Terms of Service

Last updated 2 September 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of sanyom.in(the “Website”) and the consultations, treatments, memberships, and related services offered by Swanira Ventures Private Limited (CIN: U86901KA2025PTC211499), which operates the brand Sanyom Ayurveda (“Sanyom”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

Please read these Terms carefully. They are a service contract for the Website and our clinic services. By booking a consultation, purchasing a membership, or receiving treatment, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use those services.

These Terms do not, by themselves, obtain your consent to process personal data. Visiting the Website is not consent. How we collect and use personal information — including health information — and where we ask for consent through a separate, clear action, is described in our Privacy Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have under that policy or under applicable data-protection law.

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms form a legally binding service agreement between you and Swanira Ventures Private Limited.

If you book or arrange a service for another adult, you confirm that they have asked you to do so and that they agree to these Terms for that booking. You cannot accept these Terms, or consent to the processing of personal data, on behalf of another adult unless they have authorised you.

If the person receiving care is a child — meaning a person who has not completed eighteen years of age — you must be that child’s parent or lawful guardian. By booking for a child, you confirm that status and that you consent, as parent or lawful guardian, to our processing the child’s personal information (including health information) as needed to provide the requested care, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Additional terms may apply to a particular service, including the membership terms shown at checkout. If those additional terms conflict with these Terms on a service matter (for example, package validity or cancellation), the additional terms apply to that service. They do not override the Privacy Policy or your rights under applicable data-protection law.

3. Our services

We offer, among other things:

  • Ayurvedic consultations with our physicians;
  • Clinic therapies, including eye care, Panchakarma, and other treatments on our menu;
  • Membership packages, including pre-opening packages offered through the Website; and
  • Information on the Website about Ayurveda, our clinic, and how to reach us.

Availability of therapies, appointment slots, and membership packages may change. Listing a treatment on the Website does not guarantee that it will be suitable or available for you on a given day. We may modify, postpone, or decline a therapy after clinical assessment if it is not appropriate for your health.

Clinic hours are generally Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Sundays are by appointment. Hours may change for public holidays or operational reasons.

4. Health & Ayurveda disclaimer

Content on the Website is for general awareness. It is not a diagnosis, prescription, or a substitute for professional medical advice, and it does not create a practitioner–patient relationship. That relationship begins when you attend a consultation with us.

Ayurvedic care at Sanyom is complementary. It is not emergency or intensive hospital care. If you have a medical emergency, call local emergency services or go to the nearest hospital.

You are responsible for sharing accurate information about your health, medicines, and relevant history so that we can assess you safely. Please tell us if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a known allergy, or have been advised to avoid certain therapies.

Outcomes vary. We do not promise a particular result from any consultation, therapy, or membership.

5. Appointments & cancellations

Submitting a consultation request on the Website is a request to book, not a confirmed appointment, until we confirm it with you (for example by phone, WhatsApp, or email).

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation or treatment. Late cancellations and no-shows may mean we cannot offer that slot to someone else. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may lead us to decline future bookings.

Membership sessions have additional booking and cancellation rules, including a 48-hour advance booking requirement and a 24-hour cancellation policy, as set out in the membership terms at checkout.

6. Memberships

Membership packages — including pre-opening packages — are sold subject to the membership Terms & Conditions presented at checkout. Those terms cover, among other things, when a package becomes active, validity, sharing and gifting, non-refundability of promotional pre-opening packages, what the discount does and does not cover, and session forfeiture for late cancellation or no-show.

Please read the checkout terms before you pay. Completing a purchase means you accept those membership terms as well as these Terms. If you share a session or transfer a package to another person, do so only with their knowledge. Their personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Payments

Membership payments on the Website are processed by our payment gateway, Razorpay, acting as a service provider for us. We do not collect or store your complete card details, CVV, UPI PIN, or netbanking credentials. Razorpay collects those credentials under its own terms and privacy policy. We remain responsible for personal data we ask Razorpay to process for membership payments, administration, and reconciliation, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees unless we say otherwise. We may change prices for future purchases; a change does not affect a package you have already paid for, except as described in the applicable membership terms.

Clinic services paid at the centre (consultations, treatments, medicines, and retail) are charged according to the rates applicable at the time of service, unless a membership or written offer says otherwise.

8. Using this website

You agree not to:

  • use the Website in a way that is unlawful, harmful, or misleading;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, our systems, or other users’ data;
  • interfere with the Website’s security or availability; or
  • submit false, impersonated, or unauthorised booking or membership information.

Some vendors process personal data on our instructions to operate the Website and services — for example payment, hosting, and SMS or OTP delivery. We remain responsible for that processing, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Website may also link to independent platforms you choose to use (for example Google Maps on the Contact page, or WhatsApp). Those platforms are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, or for how they handle information you give them directly on their services.

We may suspend or stop access to the Website for maintenance, security, or other operational reasons.

9. Intellectual property

The Website and its content — including text, photographs, graphics, logos, and the Sanyom name and marks — belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, scrape, republish, or commercially exploit our content without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Swanira Ventures Private Limited and its directors, employees, and practitioners are not liable for:

  • indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss;
  • loss of profit or goodwill; or
  • loss arising from your reliance on general Website content, from a delay or interruption of the Website, or from an independent platform we do not control.

This limitation does not apply to our duties in respect of personal data, including under the Information Technology Act, 2000, the SPDI Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (as and when its provisions apply). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is not permitted, or any right or remedy you have as a Data Principal.

Clinical care is provided with reasonable skill and care in accordance with applicable professional standards. Individual responses to Ayurvedic treatment vary.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, have exclusive jurisdiction over contractual disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Website or our services. This does not limit any mandatory right you have under applicable law, including your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and your right to approach the Data Protection Board of India, once those provisions are operational, or any other competent authority.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or in the law. The updated version will be indicated by a revised “Last updated” date at the top of this page. The revised Terms apply from the date they are posted, unless they say otherwise. Continued use of the Website or our services after an update means you accept the revised service terms.

Changes to how we collect or use personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, not by this “continued use” sentence. Where the law requires a fresh notice or a new consent for a change in processing, we will follow that policy and the applicable law.

13. How to contact us

If you have questions about these Terms, please contact us at the details below. Questions about personal data, consent, or a privacy grievance should be raised as described in our Privacy Policy (including the Grievance Officer section there).
