Responsibilities
Manage appointments & customer coordination.
Handle therapist scheduling & attendance.
Support billing & daily collections.
Track inventory & center operations.
Prepare daily reports and resolve issues.
Requirements
1-5 years experience in operations/customer service/clinic coordination.
Good communication skills (English + Kannada preferred).
Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and basic software.
Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks.
Experience in healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or clinic operations is a plus.
